• The extruder heats and melts the plastic, thoroughly mixing it.

• The molten plastic passes through a precise filtration system to remove impurities.

• The pelletizer extrudes the purified molten plastic into thin strands and cuts them into pellets.

• The newly formed plastic pellets are rapidly cooled and shaped through the cooling system.

• Finally, the finished pellets are screened and packaged, ready for market distribution.
