Our advanced single-screw plastic pelletizing machines with Heat Wave Stabilization™ produce premium plastic pellets by providing uniform heat distribution throughout the entire barrel length. This energy-saving pelletizer, available in both single or double stage arrangement, comes standard with hydraulic-powered screen change to ensure there is no downtime throughout each operating session.
Working Principle
Additional technical improvements to our single-screw plastic pelletizing machines include our high-precision gear box that consistently, yet silently drives the screw shaft transporting the liquefied plastic in a forward movement. Our improved barrel and screw shaft use the highest quality, custom formulated steel that is reinforced using gas nitriding technology to ensure against rust and wear. Along the entire length of the barrel are ultra-quiet ventilation fans with an integrated temperature control meter and PID thermal regulation.
Based on your choice of “melt pelletizing” or “strand pelletizing,” a water-ring cutting system or pellets granulator with a water tank can be added. To enhance mechanization, a vertical drying machine with blower to a storage silo can also be implemented.
While single-screw pelletizer machines are ideally suited for plastic recycling operations, we also offer twin-screw plastic pelletizing machines tailored for compounding.
