This HDPE, PP, and PS rigid plastic washing plant is designed to thoroughly clean contaminated rigid plastics, including HDPE/PP bottles, lumps, and other rigid materials. This comprehensive recycling solution includes a robust shredder with an overhead magnet, granulator, sink-float separation tank, centrifugal dryer, thermal dryer, zig-zag separator, and a dual-bag filling station. The resulting premium-quality plastic flakes can be reused in manufacturing plastic products.

This is our standard 500 KG/H PET bottle washing line, specifically designed for our clients in the United States. Employing the most advanced technology and equipment, this line ensures efficient and high-quality PET bottle recycling processes. Our washing line features comprehensive capabilities that meet stringent environmental and production standards, aimed at providing our clients with the best recycling solutions and maximum economic benefits. Additionally, we offer customization services to accommodate diverse operational needs and site conditions for each client.

In the realm of plastic recycling, efficiency and effectiveness are paramount. Traditional hot washing systems, often plagued by inefficiency and slower batch processes, can no longer keep up with the demand for high-quality recycled plastic. Our recently updated, advanced continuous hot washer system revolutionizes this process, offering unmatched efficiency and cleaning capabilities for PET flakes, HDPE flakes, and other plastic regrinds. This cutting-edge system is not only capable of handling heavily soiled plastic streams but also excels in removing oils and other stubborn contaminants with just a single wash cycle.

A sink-float separation tank efficiently segregates materials that float from those that sink. In the context of PET recycling, where PET bottles are granulated whole, a significant portion of contamination comes from plastic bottle caps, which are not composed of PET plastic. Instead, they are made from either polypropylene (PP) or polyethylene (PE).

An efficient EPS Styrofoam foam granulating production line is a crucial component in the recycling of expanded polystyrene (EPS), commonly known as Styrofoam. These lines process large volumes of EPS waste, transforming it into reusable granules that can be used in the manufacturing of new products. This process contributes significantly to environmental sustainability by reducing landfill waste and conserving resources.

Our screw press dewatering system, engineered specifically for our PE film washing line, is a highly effective method for extracting moisture from a material stream. In fact, our screw presses are frequently utilized in food processing, paper & pulp industries, sewage treatment, and more. This durable piece of machinery provides outstanding moisture reduction without the substantial cost (electricity expense) of operating thermal heaters.

Our thermal dryer is an outstanding method for extracting moisture through dehydration. Specifically engineered for our plastic film and PET washing lines, this continuous drying apparatus is strategically positioned after the dewatering machine. The thermal dryer, equipped with a cyclone separator, serves as a crucial final step in reducing moisture levels to below 3%.

In the world of PET bottle recycling, the debaler machine is an indispensable piece of equipment. The first step in any PET bottle recycling process involves handling the bales of compacted plastic bottles that arrive at the facility. These bales, tied together by metal wire, need to be carefully opened to allow the bottles to flow freely onto a conveyor belt, where they can proceed to the next stage of the recycling process, such as label removal or crushing. This is where the debaler machine plays a crucial role.

A highly effective, yet low-energy consuming piece of drying equipment, the dewatering machine utilizes centrifugal force to partially remove water from a flowing stream of plastic material. It has the distinct ability to take in material with elevated water content and reduce it to minimal levels. When integrated into our PE film washing line or PET bottle washing line, the dewatering machine is the initial unit in a series of machines.
