PET pudeļu pārstrādes mazgāšanas līnijas izmēģinājuma brauciens

PET Bottle Recycling Washing Line Trial run

  1. Pre-treatment: Workers start by pre-treating the collected PET bottles, removing large impurities such as caps, labels, and other non-PET components.
  2. Sasmalcināšana: Before washing, the PET bottles are crushed into smaller fragments to ensure a more thorough cleaning.
  3. Mazgāšana: The crushed PET fragments are then washed to remove contaminants such as food residue, dirt, and glue. This is often done using a combination of hot water, detergents, and mechanical agitation.
  4. Skalošana: After washing, the PET fragments are rinsed with clean water to remove any remaining detergent and impurities.
  5. Žāvēšana: The clean PET fragments are dried to remove any residual moisture.
  6. Sorting and Separating: Any remaining non-PET materials are sorted and separated from the PET flakes. This might involve additional processes like air classification, screening, or water bath separation, where materials are separated based on their density.
  7. Compounding/Pelletizing: The clean, dried PET flakes can be further processed into pellets, which involves melting and extruding the PET into small, uniform granules.
  8. Quality Control: Throughout the process, quality control measures are in place to ensure the resulting PET flakes or pellets meet the necessary standards for their intended use.
