We also offer custom design and implementation of complete Plastic Film、PET Bottle recycling facilities tailored to your specific needs, capacity, and requirements. Our commitment is to deliver top-notch customer service and clear communication throughout your order and project execution. Here’s our standard procedure for orders and custom project requests:

1. Reach out to us with your questions or inquiries about our Plastic Film、PET Bottle washing lines. For custom projects, provide detailed information so our engineers can begin planning.
2. Receive answers and a quote for our Plastic Film、PET Bottle washing machinery. We’ll confirm specifications and details for custom projects. Our sales team is fluent in English to ensure effective communication. You’ll also get detailed drawings and blueprints for review and refinement.
3. Approve the quote and sign a comprehensive contract to officially place your order.
4. We’ll send a proforma invoice with our bank details. A 30% deposit is required, with the remaining 70% due before shipment.
5. Production time is 30 days for single machines and 60-90 days for complete Plastic Film、PET Bottle washing lines, depending on project complexity and parts availability.
6. All machinery undergoes in-factory testing before shipment. We strongly recommend you visit us to inspect the equipment before packaging. Consider bringing your plant manager or technician to learn about proper use and installation.
7. After inspection, the remaining 70% payment is due before packaging and shipment.
8. Your recycling machinery or Plastic Film、PET Bottle washing line will be shipped.
9. We offer full installation support. Our technicians – typically one mechanical and one electrical engineer – can guide you through the setup process on-site. They can extend their stay to address any questions or issues during initial operation.
10. All Plastic Film、PET Bottle bottle washing lines and parts come with a 1-year limited warranty and lifetime customer support from Rumtoo Recycling.
