It handles everything from bulky objects to tear-resistant fibers and films with ease. This shredder features a swing-arm ram that ensures optimized material feed, preventing objects from jumping and allowing aggressive shredding.

Hydraulic-driven Swing Pusher

Efficiently pushes objects towards rotary cutters for effective shredding. This hydraulic-driven system enhances the shredding process by maintaining a consistent and controlled feed rate, ensuring that even large and bulky materials are handled effectively without causing disruptions.

Screen Mesh at Outlet

Controls output granule size; customizable screen mesh available. This allows for precise control over the output, making it suitable for various downstream processes and ensuring that the shredded material meets the desired specifications for recycling or further processing.

Replaceable Blades

Easy blade replacement to minimize downtime and improve efficiency. Blades can be reused four times by rotating sides, reducing costs. This feature ensures that maintenance is quick and easy, allowing for consistent operation and minimal interruptions in the production process.
